Green highlighter – improved by 10%+

 

Turquoise highlighter – reduced parental satisfaction by 10%+. However, removal of the ‘neither agree or disagree column’ resulted in parents having to make a decision or, in some cases, leave it blank or write ‘don’t know’ etc
